A native of Dijon, Herve Rodriguez debuted his career, with Jean Crotet a Nuits St Georges and then refines its knowledge in a Jacques Lameloise Chagny, after a tour of France starred restaurants accompanied by his wife Sophie, they decide to settle a Boulogne Billancourt.
