Although the restaurant bears the name of his great-grandfather, it’s Cyril Attrazic who now mans the helm, offering a menu guaranteed to surprise and delight you. This fourth-generation chef infuses regionally-inspired dishes with a modern touch. Supplied on a daily basis by small local producers, Cyril, a native of the Lozère region, hones and nurtures this network with the sort of intelligence and expertise you’d expect from someone trained in some of France’s top restaurants. The family tradition also lives on in the restaurant's white, black and anthracite grey uniforms.
