It's a new adventure for Maximin Hellio with the opening of his restaurant, expected in April. The sea air was missing both young Breton chef, booze iodine and cooking from his father Michel at the family restaurant La Voile d'Or . After a detour through Norman lands at the Pavillon de Gouffern , Maximin anchored with his family on the beaches of Deauville. An idyllic setting for a seafood cuisine , which will feature artisans and producers of his adopted region. With his eponymous table, Maximin says a very personal kitchen and gives a new meaning to some emblematic dishes passed from father to son , as Turbot grapefruit, signed by a (very) 'Grand Chef' .
