« Discover a unique collection of 200 species of palm trees in the park overlooking the sea»
Descrizione della struttura
In the grounds with their centuries-old trees, the lawns slope gently down from the terraces towards the sea. They extend an invitation to stroll amongst the banks of flowers and botanic garden boasting the largest collection of palm trees in Europe. At Cap Brun, overlooking the sea, time seems to frozen in this simply marvellous setting. These very special moments can be enjoyed just as much in the flower-filled garden as in the dining rooms in the Château de la Clapière, a “little pavilion” constructed in 1831. The sun-drenched culinary delights of Stéphane Lelièvre are on a par with the prestigious setting. The cuisine bearing the signature of a true enthusiast is meticulously prepared, Mediterranean in flavour and a pleasure to behold.
