Description of the establishment
Sulla Côte Vermeille, accoccolato tra il mare e la montagna, questo grande castello bianco domina con fare imponente. Interamente restaurato, Valmy ha ritrovato, sotto l'impulso di Bernard e Martine Carbonnell, i fasti del proprio passato. Ora questa residenza offre camere e suite, in cui anche il più piccolo dettaglio è stato pensato in un'ottica contemporanea del comfort. Magnifico parco per la meditazione e il riposo, straordinaria piscina, centro termale... Valmy è anche sinonimo di ottimi vini prodotti nella tenuta. Assolutamente da scoprire.
