Paris, Île-de-France
« To a traditional Basque air, savour generous bistro cuisine in the heart of the capital»
Description of the establishment
Thierry Dufroux forged his culinary skills with the best chefs of France. But this is beside Alain Ducasse in Monaco for more than four years, and then in the center of Argenteuil training, the young Basque honed his talent and creativity. With these experiments, the cook has made a name in Paris in bistronomie, Price Staub-Lebey in 2011. But he dreamed of moving to better share its delicious inspiration. So here he is at home, in the kitchen of Bistrot Belhara, near to Rue Cler and the Esplanade des Invalides, in the seventh arrondissement. With its impeccable decor chic bistro and tempting menu with Basque accent, no doubt that the success of this new gourmet den is sweeping the capital as the famous wave on the Basque Corniche.
