L’Oustalet is a « house » that stems from a shared passion between Family Perrin, a family of winemakers and Laurent Deconinck, a chef, located next to the restaurant in Gigondas. It is a mix of contemporary and authentic style at the heart of our Mediterranean culture. The “produce” inspires our cuisine; we are in permanent search of the finest food and wine matches. Whether we greet our guests at the cellars, in our vegetable garden or among our truffle trees we enjoy sharing our passion. Our rooms will offer you an exceptional experience in Provence.
