Tra Caen e Alençon, non lontano dalle sponde dell'Orne e dalle Spiagge dello Sbarco in Normandia, è il paradiso delle escursioni a piedi o a cavallo. E’ questa la palestra in cui si allena Arnaud Viel, chef arrivato in finale al Campionato del Dessert 1996 e Lauréat d’Or 1997 in Francia. All’albergo della Renaissance, marchio selettivo, la creatività audace si astiene dallo sconvolgere completamente le tradizioni. La Carta dei Vini, invece è stata selezionata accuratamente dalla moglie Cécilia. La sistemazione, con 18 stanze, privilegia il comfort totale e l’atmosfera squisita della sala da bar e offre un servizio disinvolto e di alta qualità.
