Description of the establishment
After learning French cuisine in Japan, Kei travelled to France where he honed his skills under a galaxy of Michelin-starred chefs. Seven years on, he has opened his first restaurant, fusing French gastronomy with Japanese influences. The offspring of a happy marriage, the dishes are aesthetically delicate and served in a plush, pared-down Parisian restaurant decorated with mirrors and in subtle grey tones. As in Japan, he invites guests to enjoy a set menu composed of four, six or eight dishes that take you on a culinary journey of discovery through a rich palate of taste experiences, revealing Kei's dedication to achieving the perfect balance of flavours.
