Description of the establishment

David Boyer returns to the land where it all began and write a new history after four years in charge of the kitchens of Château de la Cazine. Formerly Lauryvan apprentice, David joined his creator, Laurent Breuil, to use the kitchens of this country restaurant, located on the heights of the Vienne Valley, in Saint-Junien. Drawing on the wealth of his native land, the country's child reinvents tradition with constant desire to sublimate the products that it offers the beautiful surrounding nature.
