Description of the establishment
At the turn of Royan, Xavier Taffart found his navy table, Aquarelle. An obvious fact for this son of oyster farmer, who cultivates the treasures of the sea with the flavors of the earth. We are unable to resist this cooking fresh and anchored in the terroir of Charente-Maritime, its plates drawn as a masterpiece, and its colors which express a real culinary signature.
